Doña Tanita, as she is known in her community, is a woman committed to her husband and children. Her family has been dedicated for years to the coffee growing and cattle ranching. She has a plot of land that is family managed, developing good practices from the maintenance, harvesting, processing and drying of coffee. Her farm has a traditional wet mill with a de-pulping machine, a fermentation pile for its natural process and African beds for coffee drying.
