The coffee is grown on rich volcanic soil and is surrounded by a diversity of exotic species that altogether make a complex ecosystem that supports the high quality of the microlots produced.
The farm is run off 100% renewable energy that is generated by a Pelton Wheel turbine powered by a natural water stream.
95% of Sonora coffees are sun-dried and finished in a mechanical dryer for 3 hours on low heat which gives excellent results in uniformity.
